Promoted Listing option has disappeared in my listings using Auction not fixed price

My ability to use Promoted Listings on my ebay auctions has disappeared. It works on Fixed Price listings but not auctions.. Any advice on how to restore this much used feature?

Not sure if this would matter but I just opted out of Business Preferences after it messed up a lot of stuff. Once I opted out everything seemd to has gone back to normal. Don't know if the missing Promoted Listing feature could be casued by that?

Promoted Listings Standard can be used for Buy It Now listings, where you pay a fee only if the item sells.

Promoted Listings Express is for auctions, and you pay the fee upfront (whether the item sells or not).  You select this option from a different location on the listing.

An update to the response I provided previously... eBay has discontinued Promoted Listings Express for auctions, effective yesterday, (which explains why you no longer see the option). See eBay's announcement here:
