Hi, It happened that I bought the same product twice: The first occasion, in Sept and the second in November. Both products stopped working already, and there is not way to recover my money neither what I consider the most important thing: to place a reviews on these products to prevent some other customers to fall into the same situations.
I wonder if is me that I have not find the correct place to do a review of the product or Ebay does not a have such a possibility. Why Ebay does not include products review, but only sellers reviews.
I tried to place this concern through Customer services, but the site does not include this possibility.

-Feedback can be left by Buyers for up to 60 days, then it is blocked.
