Product in excellent condition but buyer wants to return.

Hi, I sold a pair of pants. Brand new, with tags, with the size clearly showing on ad. The buyer wants to return them because they don't fit. I have a no returns policy unless the item isn't what the ad says. eBay said I'm not obligated to accept a return on these. What would you all do? Thanks.

I accept all returns, so I just accept it.

With a no return policy, you don't have to accept a remorse return (doesn't fit).

That won't stop them from going to Pay Pal or their credit card and starting a Not As Described case for a refund, then you won't have a choice.
