Problems with leaving feedback

Recently for some reason ebay is not allowing me to leave feedback. I never abused this system. Look at my feedback and feedback giving thru the years. Why did they turn off the feature for me. I try to use their contact options but they only give specific agendas. Nothing on general problems or on this subject. Anyone out there tell me how to fix this?

The option to leave feedback is open for only 60 days.  If you have waited longer than that, the option has expired and you can't leave feedback for the transaction.  

The sure fire way to find items you can leave feedback for is to scroll to the bottom of your feedback page and click the Leave Feedback link down there.  If there is/are anything you can leave feedback for, it'll be on the page that opens.
