Problems with accessing messaging on the eBay Mobile Android website

There's no way to access messages on the eBay Mobile Android website if you tap the icon at the top it scrolls you to the bottom if you tap the icon at the bottom it scrolls you to the top and you can't get into your messages!

And there's really no way to tell eBay about problems with their website you have to go to this community forum.

The only fix for this is to go to the classic website from within the mobile website or select it directly from a Google search.

THEN you can access messages!

Problems with accessing messaging on the eBay Mobile Android website

I am able to view eBay messages using Chrome in mobile mode on my Android phone.

Try another browser to see if that works better for you. Or try the eBay app for reading messages.

For general questions you can try asking on the discussion boards. Experienced users can offer suggestions.

Or you can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.
