Problems creating or saving new listings on website

Is anyone else having problems creating or saving new listings? For the last 3 days, whenever I try to submit or save a draft of a new listing, the website just spins forever. If I open a new tab to ebay.com, I get a 'Where's all the stuff? Our homepage is down" message. If I go to a different web browser, I can open ebay.com just fine, homepage is not down, but if I try to submit or save a listing in that browser, I get the same problem.  I have tried in both Microsoft Edge and in Firefox. I have tried clearing my cache, cookies, and browser history but that doesn't fix the problem. I have disabled all ad blockers. I have logged out of ebay and logged back in. System status page on ebay shows no problems. Any suggestions?

Some users -- but by no means all -- seem to be having the same problem.

If you are using a VPN, try disabling it before beginning to list. That has helped for some users, apparently.

Thanks. I did disable the VPN and rebooted but that didn't fix the problem.
