Problem

ran into a problem. The purchased item was delivered to the wrong address. I have a letter from USPS with information about the incorrect address: 

«Please contact the sender as they may have provided you with a bad tracking number and a bad label on the package. I am very sorry for this negative experience you are having with this delivery.»

 

 Tell me where to write, where to call to resolve this issue?
