Problem with update in tracking number

Hello i sold the item on ebay and it already delivered. My postal company updated the status 3 days ago that the item was delivered and released to the buyer. But on your trading platform it is designated as "The shipment is available for pick-up from the retail outlet as of now." When can this status change or can it be changed manually somehow?

Hi @midnightdiecast 

I see you are located in the Ukraine.  Here in the US that statement that the package is available for pick up is treated the same as a statement that a delivery was "attempted" OR a delivery was completed.  You are protected against a claim from the Buyer that they did not receive their package providing the carrier is recognized by eBay.

As to the eBay tracking flow updating to show a confirmed delivery, that may or may not happen but at this point I would not be concerned with it.

Hi, yes, I’m from Ukraine, the goods went to Germany and the post office says that he took it, but not Ebay. The problem is that until I receive a message that the goods have been delivered, I will not be able to receive my funds for the goods.
