Hello,
I purchased a smartphone advertised as Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra for $488 USD. The item I received is not an authentic Samsung device and does not match the description (issues with S Pen functionality, screen, connection to PC, and software prove it is a counterfeit).
I opened a return request, and the seller agreed to refund only after I return the item. However, I am unable to return it because I ordered through a company that provided me with a U.S. address. Sending the phone back to the U.S. would take 20–30 days and cost more than the refund itself, in addition to customs and shipping fees I already paid.
For this reason, I kindly ask eBay to step in and help resolve this issue. I am willing to accept a partial refund of at least 50% without returning the item.
Since the item is counterfeit and was sold under a false description, I believe this situation falls under the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Thank you for your assistance.
