I ordered 2 iPods for Christmas gifts, so they sat wrapped until Christmas, once opened and ready to go we were unable to make new Apple ID accts because it had too many new accounts made already. Contacted the company, who asked for screenshots. I sent the picture of the error code and was told “no , send a pic of the Apple ID”. I, again, explained the situation and the reply was instructions on how to set it up. I, tried, same result, emailed the company requesting a refund. Radio Silence … and now I’m past my return window with eBay. I tried using the auto bot to have eBay step in but it just kept telling me to contact the seller….Help!

You will have to open a return with the payment processor, but will now have to pay the return shipping.
