Problem creating shipping label

Never ran across this issue when purchasing shipping label,  its say shipping address contains invalid Or missing fields , please amend this and buy your label.. i ask buyer if shipping address was correct and he said yes everything is fine,  hes had the same information on his account and never had any other problems with sell purchasing shipping label before.. Can you help me with this?

It may be that the address line they input has too many characters ... for example, if they have a street address AND PO Box all on one line it may be too many characters.   Or street address and Unit number.   I had that happen once so I just put the PO box on the Address #2 line and it went through.
