Problem Buying USPS Label

I sold an item.  It will only let me buy & print a UPS label.

The item only weighs 3 oz and I want to purchase a USPS label.

What is wrong?  How do I fix it?

I looked at your recently sold items and they do specify first class parcel shipping.  If I don't use bulk shipping, when I go to print labels, all 3 shipping options are displayed: Fed Ex, UPS, USPS and I can then select USPS and custom packaging.

I cannot click on USPS, it is grayed out and won't let me select it.

Any ideas on how to fix this so I can print my mailing label?

What are the dimensions of your envelope?
