Priority mail?

 I sold an item with priority shipping. I selected didn't know package details because i was using my own box. Now when i go to print the label the only options are priority flat rates and ground. Can i use ground? pretty sure i can't use flat rate option since i am using my own box

You need to enter the package details into the shipping page to get the correct priority mail label.If you do not see the option to do that on the shipping labels page you may be on the basic labels page. Look for a link at the top to switch to the advanced page.

You should then see the option below. Select custom size and then enter the information and click/tap on the page to save your entries. You will then get the generic priority mail rate.
