I have an item listed with priority mail. Received an offer and noticed the shipping charge seems too low ($11.35). After calculating it on the usps website, the actual charge is $19 and change using the same dimensions and weight. I realize there is a discount using eBay but it still around $17 with that discount. What am I missing?
