Printed 3 labels for one order

Has anyone ever inadvertently made 3 labels for one shipment?  My printer went crazy and printed 3 before I could stop it.  I requested on Ebay that 2 of those labels be cancelled.  The order has shipped and been received by customer, but nothing has been done on my cancellation request.  Where do I request information on the cancellation request or what do I do?  How long does the refund usually take?  Any help would be appreciated....

If you canceled the extra labels, you will get the refund in about 21 days

Did you print three of the exact same label or three different labels with different tracking numbers?  If you just printed three of the same label you were only charged once.  You would only have been charged more than once if you printed different labels with different tracking numbers.  In this case you need to cancel the ones you did not use and it will take about 21 days for the shipping carrier to authorize a refund.
