Print return label.

Hello.  
I just received my money back from the seller from the request that I made yesterday. 

my issue is that I cannot find a printing the label....

Like, in the Dropdown menu/ “returning details”

it’s supposed to be a label that needs to generate right and   I need to print it out and attach this to the package?  It says “choose a print label” To send the into the back, so I can't see it to the seller.  I'm confused,  because not on my phone and not on my computer I do not see it.

I understood that label is simply did not generate. I got the refund $ but I think maybe the seller did not create it?

Once the seller gave you a refund, it closed the case and you won't be able to get a return shipping label.

If the seller wants the item back, they'll have to send you a prepaid label.

Depending on the item, some sellers would rather just refund, then to pay to have the item returned.
