Numerous sellers price gouging on toilet paper for thousands of dollars due to coronavirus.

The thousand-dollar listings are jokes, you can ignore them as will everyone else. The real gouging occurs at the double and triple price range.
eBay is committed to preventing "disaster gouging" that will harm others. Here are the announcements that back up eBay's position.
Buyers and sellers who see abuse should use the report button in those listings. When reporting the listing, select these options:
1. Listing practices
2. Search and browse manipulation
3. Other search and browse manipulation
4. "Continue" to open Comment box.
Report "coronavirus price gouging" in the comment block.
