Potential Scam Message

I received this Ebay message from a potential buyer:

"hello, I'm reaching out because I've been attempting to purchase for a few minutes now, but I consistently encounter an error when I click the buy now button. I reached out to customer support, and they clarified that the cause of the error is linked to the setup of your account. It appears that you have configured your account in a manner that restricts new users from completing purchases, and I happen to be a new user. As a resolution, they suggested that I pass along this link to you. By doing so, you'll have the ability to enable any other user facing the same issue as me to successfully make a purchase from you, and I'll be able to proceed with my transaction as well.

“Copy the link and then paste it into the address bar of your Web Browser”

(LINK REMOVED)

if you happen to uncover the optimal solution, I would greatly appreciate your notification via message. I am fully prepared to make another attempt. thank you for your invaluable assistance"
- Jennife

I did not  try the link as I believe it is a scam.  How do I report this to Ebay?

Yes, this is a scam.

(Please use the drop arrow at the top right of your post to "edit" and remove that link from your post.)

Within your eBay message, there should be a link to report the message.

This is what it looks like on desktop.
