Postage Refund

I paid for postage via eBay (using the calculator) and when I went to the post office, they would not accept the size

of the box using the prepaid label. 
I waited to see if eBay would refund me after the item was rec’d but they haven’t 3 months later. 
I am SO upside down on this order!

Anyone know how I can at least get unused postage back?

In order to receive a refund for labels you purchased on eBay, you must first void/cancel the label. In order to do that, the label must be unused and never scanned by the post office.

You can void/cancel labels for up to 28 days and then the refund takes another 21 days.
