Post-cancelation with seller

When order has been cancelled via seller, prior to payment, how do I release said order from "payment due" and delete it from my cart? PayPal is still demand payment but, order had already been cancelled through agreement with seller. How do I avoid an "Unpaid  Item" case against me?

If the seller actually cancelled the transaction an unpaid item case can't be opened. Do you see that the seller actually cancelled?
