Possible to get a refund?

Hey all. I pre-ordered something back in March. That item has finally been released. However the seller hasn’t shipped the item and I am not able to even message them or start a return/refund. So I’m not sure what to do here. Am I past the window for doing any kind of dispute?

Yes - you had 30 days after the estimated delivery date to open a dispute on eBay - that would have been in April.

It is too late to dispute through paypal, who gives you 180 days.  So the last resort is your credit card - call you card issuer and ask them if it is still possible to open a not received dispute.
