Possible fake seller

Hi,

- I paid $107  for item that arrives in a month but no sign of shipping tracking number.

- The price is too good to be true for a Ryzen 5800x witch usually cost $350

- I looked feedback from other recent buyers and they say is a FAKE SELLER

- I just contact seller to ask for refund before this takes another wasted day

- I can wait a day for response but I am sure he will not

- HOW EBAY CAN HELP ME IN THIS SITUATION IF ALL THEY SAY IS TO CONTACT SELLER? And other people already tried to contact seller with no luck
