Hello- PLEASE help with possible fraud. I sold a pair of authentic sunglasses to someone in Europe ( I am in the states) and after receiving them, they are claiming they are fake which they 100% are NOT. I believe they may try to either keep them for free or commit fraud and return a different pair other than the ones I sent them. HELP!!! I am unable to reach eBay for support as there are no help articles for this topic and the virtual assistant is of no use either. I need to speak to a human about this, I am afraid I may be getting ripped off. Can anybody help me in how to contact eBay via phone?? Needless to say, this is the LAST time I will send anything to anywhere outside of the states.
