When you create the listing you select Local Pickup. I believe it is near the bottom of the drop down menu. Once your buyer pays, you will be able to use CONTACT BUYER to give your address and make plans for the time to pick up the item. The buyer will be sent a QR-code as well as a 6 digit code. When the buyer picks up the item, you scan the QR-code with your smart phone, or enter the 6-digit code into the ebay transaction. This will confirm the buyer picked up the item, since you will not have a tracking code to show the item was delivered.
