Poor Seller, has done everything possible and yet I get a message from eBay?

This was, well, strange.  Received this message a few minutes ago.  No, nothing is wrong.  Seller has handed off the item to the carrier and it's on it's way.  So why does eBay send me this?  My "experience' with the seller so far, has been outstanding.  I had questions.  Plenty of them.  Seller answered right away.  I used 'Buy It Now", paid immediately.  item was labeled and handed off to the carrier almost as soon as humanly possible.  I actually thought it a scam.  It's not.  Just...wondering why?

I have no idea why ebay sent that message.  Must be a temporary glitch.

Maybe eBay's message wasn't prompted by that purchase that went well.  The timing could have been a coincidence.  Was there another transaction that didn't go as planned, that they might be referring to?  That link takes you to this Help page:   https://www.ebay.com/help/default/default/default?id=5159

Yes, it referenced my last purchase including a photo of it and link.   Everyone I've dealt with lately has been great.  Made me think something went wrong.  If they were just offering their assistance, they should generalize and not reference a specific transaction.  They were pretty good at spamming me ads with $4,000 purses.  If I had that kind of money, I'd put it in my house and not something I'd throw in a closet.
