Okay okay, I get the whole idea behind saying that an item is Chanel when it's not. I get that. But why do I keep getting policy violations well after the fact that I listed an item a long time ago. Not as any brand item. As unknown lip gloss clear. For instance. Somehow someone or eBay keeps reporting me for selling a fake. How is a lip gloss listed as a lip gloss being reported for being counterfeit fake etc? I feel targeted by a person or something. Like is another seller capable of pulling that on me as a seller? Is there no way to have this descision up for a real review? How many of these until my account is shut down? I find this frustrating that I have no recourse and when I'm not listing my items as any kind of name brand. How do I not have this happen?

@ambervert Once your account is flagged by the bots they will catch ANY perceived policy violation. There is no way to turn off the bots.

When there is a brand name violation or banned item violation, it appears the bots will keep that on their radar for any future listings that might try to get around the violation. The name "Lip Plumber Pro" appears to belong to Kissio, whereas your photo shows a Kiss Beauty brand. If your item is Kiss Beauty brand, "unbranded" is inappropriate in the item specifics.

That's not the brand but I get what you're throwing down and thank you for taking time to answer. I appreciate you🙌🙌

That makes perfect sense. Thank you. Note I know what I need to do. This has been extremely helpful. It's going off of my photos. Ug. I'm not trying to falsely claim anything I'm stating unbranded. So it is what it is. Thanks again!!
