Policy Violation

I put my listing up like normal and it sold a little bit later. Right after it sold it says the "order has a listing with a policy violation." I received the funds and the buyer messaged me after saying he can't wait to receive the item. Do I just ship this like I normally would? Never had a policy violation before.

@willowtree97   Normally I would say ship.... HOWEVER your listing states this is a PRE SALE and ships in JUNE.

You don't have anything to even ship now.  You need to cancel the sale as out of stock and refund your buyer.

Pre-sale items MUST be shipped within 40 days of the buyers payment>>
