What kind of device are you using to access eBay?  I've noticed that I'm being required to keep signing into eBay on my iPhone ... BUT NOT on my pc.  [This just started a few days ago ... and I agree that it is maddening.]

Are you using a VPN or a hotspot? Or privacy software like Ghostery or Disconnect? Those have been known to cause issues.

If not, try another browser to rule out a browser issue. Or try using the eBay app.
