Recently I noticed all my listings have been switched from Global Shipping Program (GSP) to International Standard Shipping (ISS). However, my account settings still say GSP. I now have a sale in Norway and ISS is my only option!
I spoke with a knowledgeable rep at eBay. He gave me a reference number and said he’d pass my problem to the correct dept who would contact me within 48 hours.
I’ve heard nothing.
I've messaged eBay through Twitter, but those idiots (forgive me!) just do not get it. Keep saying I’m not set up for GSP.
