so I sold an item on eBay but didn’t ship it yet and my money is on hold I sent a refund back to the guy and I accidentally marked it as shipped so not sure what I’m supposed to do here it says available negative amount of money I really messed up here this was my first listing

You need to go to the transaction, click the down-arrow, and select Mark as unshipped.
