Pick up only item

A buyer purchased a pickup only item from me.  I emailed them and told them where I could meet them.  They never responded. So when I looked at their profile they live in Las Vegas and I live in Columbus, OH.  I emailed them again asking if they knew it was a pickup only purchase.  They still have not responded.  That was 3 days ago.  I emailed them again asking for them to reply by tomorrow evening or I would have to refund them.   I even told them I could mail but they would have to cancel the order.  What should I do?

If they do not respond, you can cancel the order as "problem with buyers address".
