Photos not loading on variation, help!

I’ve been attempting to add specific photos to color variations with no luck. I spoke to eBay and they told me they’ve been trying to fix a technical glitch all day. As of late this evening, still unsuccessful. It seems like this has been an ongoing problem w eBay. Can anyone out there help me resolve this? Thanks for reading my post.
