Phone number for ebay customer service

I am looking for a phone number to ebay.  The 866-961-9253 doesn't get me to a human.  It's SO frustrating that there is no phone number anywhere on their website.

You can no longer phone directly into eBay support. However, you can have them phone you.

On the help pages, locate a topic that is similar to your issue. Scroll to the bottom where you may see the callback option. If you don't, click the single "Contact" option and a robochat will open. Scroll down to locate the Contact button (you may need to open More Options) within that chat window.

You will find the callback option hidden in that robochat window.
