Phone Number Verification

When trying to confirm a phone number through text, no message comes through. It then causes me to resend the text multiple times, yet all unsuccessful.

In addition, I have tried clearing all Cashe, Cookies, and using a new browser (Firefox, in stead of Chrome). All unsuccessful. I have also tried a new Computer and yet nothing.

In addition, I have created a new account and the same problem has still arised.

Try verifying your number using the eBay app.

Great suggestion, I downloaded the app, sign-in. Then started my first item that I wanted to list. At the end it asked me to verify some things, including phone number, and when I attempted it stated "Phone verification failed"

In addition, when attempting to click "Text me" or "Call me" it does not even go the the next section of inputting a code anymore.

Was there anything that I missing to do?

There may be a limit to the number of times you can attempt phone number verification in one day. It may be worth waiting until tomorrow, and then trying to verify via the app once more.

In the past I have been able to verify a phone number via text using the app when verification by browser has failed.
