I am returning an item and since it is international shipping, the shipping company requires a phone number for the recipient. I have emailed the seller but they have not responded. I can't ship it without a phone number, what do I do now?

@hansonns I'd like to ask a few questions to make sure you are handling an international return correctly. If a phone is required it depends on the shipping company.
Please answer these questions>>
#1 reason you selected on the return request
#2 How long have you had the item
#3 If this is a not as described return has the seller sent you the funds to pay for return shipping to your PayPal account or other electronic payment method. eBay can NOT force a refund for more than the original sale price, if an agent said otherwise they are mistaken.
#4 Returns to some countries require Priority Shipping to have tracking proof of delivery even if the package weight is under 4lbs and the price is under $400

#1 - Item is way too small, doesn't fit
#2 - Had the item less than 30 days, still within the return window
#3 - The item is as described, except very small. I ordered a size L which fits me in all other jackets, but this one is tiny.
