Personal Listing Issues

Could someone Please help me with the requirements to list a motorcycle with my Individual Personal Account with ebay? Keep in mind that I have 2 accounts both personal. One was an individual account connected with a Company I no longer work for, also personal, so I changed all the settings except my account Credit information which is identical on both accounts. I would Delete the old account altogether but my Credit information would be deleted also by ebay for 60 days on both accounts. I think?

With the account I am going to keep All information required for the Listing has been entered. No red empty tab boxes left to be filled. i have went back and reworked the account several times referring to All Help articles. Do I need a Business Account to List now? Any Suggestions?
