I’m new to eBay. Quick question, does a buyer/potential buyer has access to see the sellers address? Also how can I detect if the buyer is a scammer? There’s a “buyer” that put an offer on an item, I accepted the offer BUT buyer sends me a message requesting for me to text them. Seems odd.

Until they receive your shipment, the buyer can only see your location, which is usually city and state , not your street address. When they receive your shipment, they can see whatever you have entered as your return address.
If anyone had the answer on how to easily detect a scammer, that person would be very rich 🙂 But you can assume it is the start of a scam anytime someone asks you to call or text, wants your paypal address, or asks you to include a gift card.
