My husband has a pending on his account and he checked out as a guest. How can he cancel the item when he hasn't received a notification from the seller?

He has to ask the seller to cancel the order, buyers can't cancel on their own.

eBay should have sent him a Guest confirmation email with links to the order and to contact the seller.

If he can't find that, go to this page and request the email again, there's a blue button the page to do that -
