Hi.  Just wondering why Ebay is still a thing… I was $200 the 1st time it did not sell. $79 and finally another $198 after viewing details. I sold vintage games. For one lot. It went for $1400.00 + Who is getting the almost $500.000.. Any way just had to complain. I know taxes, fees. However, this is robbery.  Hope you don’t have to depend of ebay sales for a living. Good luck

Listing with a reserve is expensive, as you found out. You pay the reserve fee even when your item doesn't sell.  Next time you want to sell something, just start your auction at the lowest price you would be happy to accept and skip the reserve. You must have set the reserve very high to hit $200. Ouch.

The $198 would be the normal fee on a $1400+ sale.  Is the $79 the actual shipping cost?  I don't see anything else that would have cost you a fee. So you really can't count the actual shipping like a fee since you charged the buyer for shipping.
