Has anyone not received a payout. my account says it has been completed, but never received anything. any advised on what to do next.

Payouts are sent to your bank account ... this reply assumes you set that up including giving eBay your SSN.

Hi.. yes I gotten paid for other payouts after that transaction. It shows transaction complete but it does not show a payout for that transaction nor it shows hold on funds. It shows 0 on funds.
