I am very dis-pleased with this new system eBay has for payouts. Now my payouts are randomly coming back declined with no record of a decline at my bank.
I will not ship out any more merchandise until eBay fixes this. I still don't have payments for items shipped 5 days ago. And there is no way to get anyone at eNay on the phone anymore. eBay, please put back the PayPal system or I will move my business elsewhere. I do not trust eBay anymore.
Is anyone else seeing this issue?
