While selling my items, my account was on hold for bank verification. That's finally resolved. My account says they will release funds immediately after I give pickup code for each order (or 10 days if I don't)....
However I already gave all the pickup confirmations and the buys even left positive reviews. So I don't know why that's what it says.
When I call eBay, they say they have the pickup confirmed but claim I have to wait 30 days for hold to be removed. That they can't manually lift it...
Which is funny because yesterday a lady went through all my orders and called back to say that all of them got approved for hold to be removed.
Today suddenly it finally says picked up but my order payments are still saying "expected release March 30". I read that a true 30 hold says "release March 30" (which is what it originally said in the beginning. Now it says expected, and when I click on payment hold reason it says they want pickup code (for all orders). So when I called today and they are telling me something completely different than what is showing on my screen, I feel like they aren't looking into it properly. They are trying to say that I just have a new seller hold but that would say release date March 30 not "expected". I had a policy violation but resulted in no restrictions and I appealed and lost, removed ad. Due to that, people aren't being allowed to leave me reviews either on the ones that had policy violation. I feel like they aren't looking for the real reason of hold and I think the system is still catching up. It took 5 days for them to confirm bank account according to my account but it was telling them I was verified a week ago, so that's why I'm saying their system is lagging by a bunch of days. I don't know why it didn't say picked up until a week after the pickup code was entered. Anyone able to help me? The system wouldn't tell me it would be released after they get pickup code and then just not do it, right?
