hi I keep getting messages to pay fees but cannot make the payment . I also think that I have been hacked and nearly got scammed a few weeks ago by someone on eBay. I am worried and concerned. Please help

That's on your own eBay. Near the bottom is an option to contact eBay.
If you change your password, be sure your personal information is right, especially your email address.
