Payment on Hold

Hi Community,

Recently I put something up for sale on ebay and it sold? Great!

But my payment is on hold. I've tried to contact customer service to find

out why the funds were put on hold and if there is anything I can do to remedy

something so that the funds can be released. From what I gather customer

service doesn't exist. 

Does anyone have any experience with this? Can anyone direct me with steps

that I can take to remedy this? My buyer has become non-responsive and I fear

I may have gotten taken advantage of.  It was a $3k sale. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There are many reasons why a payment may be put on hold.  Usually it is because the seller is new and has not established a selling history.
