You have no control over how buyers pay. In fact, you never know how your buyer paid - eBay processes the payment and puts the money in your payment account.
If you mean that you want your payouts to go to your PayPal account, you can not do that either - payouts can only go to a checking account, or through a debit card attached to a checking account.
It is eBay's site, so you cannot decide how you will be paid or how your buyer will pay. You must add a checking account to be paid. Buyers can choose from the number of ways they want to pay for their item and the money will be deposited to your checking account.
