That is a fake purchase order.
eBay doesn't need your name and email address because they know who you are when you hit buy now or bid.
The seller probably asked for your information to let eBay know you're the buyer. Well, it doesn't work that way. They wanted your info so they can send you a fake invoice.
eBay does not handle payment arrangements on vehicles and if they did they would never ask you to pay with gift cards.
Plain and simple, the scammer is trying to steal gift cards.
Forward the email to spoof@ebay.com.
