I want to make a 'best offer.' The Seller accepts PayPal Credit, and I have had a PayPal Credit account for more than 20 years, but when I was asked to select a payment method, PayPal Credit was not listed, and I was not able to add it to the list of payment options. Can you help me with this problem.?

I can provide the details on the Listing (item, item number, seller, etc.), but I didn't want to do that without your permission, because it would contain the identification (personal information) of the Seller.

That is something that can not be changed.

You could message the seller and explain the offer you want to make.  If he likes your offer, he could just change the price on the item so you can use buy it now instead of sending an offer.
