Paying for an items.

I purchased last month an item, that I asked the seller beforehand if I could wait until now to pay for the item.  He agreed.  So I tried to pay for the item and now it doesn`t even list it as an option?  I think this might be due to wait for 3 weeks to pay for it?  How can I get the website to refresh so it will allow me to send payment for the item?  I thought maybe if the seller sends me either a new shipping invoice for his email I can link it up to send him the payment?  Please inform which option is best.  Thanks.
