Paying With Turkey Credit Card

Hello,

I'm having problem while paying with my turkish bank account.

Until 3-5 days ago a paid some items.

But yesterday and today i cannot pay.

Firstly ebay page confirms payment, but when i check cart item looks unpaid.

and i see " This order has not been completed. The order costs are not included in the total amount" error.

what's happening... ???
