Can PayPal payments still be set up through eBay ?

-BUYERS: can still use PayPal to purchase with

-SELLERS: in order to get paid they have to register with eBay's Managed Payments and the proceeds from their sales are sent to their bank account.  Having payments sent to PayPal is not an option.

Thank you ! So PayPal , is no longer an option through eBay  , instead everything is now managed , through the eBay’s managed payment system, is how I understood it .
